THE STARTER REPORTED: a) VICTORY VISION (*R Venniker) was restless in the stalls. Thereafter this filly stumbled as the start was effected and was slow into stride. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) ACACIA'S BLOSSOM (S Khumalo) shifted out away from the crop at the 200m. b) FAMILY FAVOURITE (M Yeni) and MEL'S PRINCESS (*M Katjedi) came together and brushed on two occasions from the 250m. c) TWICE THE TRIP (C Habib), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Stable Employee S Mtwesi acting on behalf of Trainer S G Tarry advised (HM). JOCKEY / EQUIPMENT CHANGES : a) HOT STRIKE Jockey K de Melo weighed out at 54.4kg, 0.5kg over the carded weight of 53.5kg.
