Stipes Report
THE STARTER REPORTED: a) SO DACHA (M Mjoka) lost one length. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) Shortly after the start, BARBATTI (J Gates) was bumped in by PIRATE PRINCE (*R Venniker) which jumped in. b) SO DACHA (M Mjoka) jumped in leaving the starting stalls. Thereafter, from a wide draw, SO DACHA raced around the field to the lead at the 1000m. c) Approaching the 600m, DAWN MISSION (K Matsunyane) had to switch out when awkwardly placed on the heels of SO DACHA (M Mjoka) which had come to the end of its run and compounded. d) Apprentice C Dicken (LOMBARD STREET) accidentally dropped his crop at the 200m. e) STREET ART (T Godden), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer P B Muscutt advised (BB). JOCKEY / EQUIPMENT CHANGES : a) SO DACHA raced with a compression mask, ear muffs and alumites in front, unshod behind (advised 02.09.22/8h47).
