a)	ROCK FALL (K de Melo) and TEMPERATE ZONE (M Yeni) made contact leaving the starting stalls. As a result, ROCK FALL (K de Melo) made contact with LA DREAMER (R Khathi) which was slow into stride. 
b)	IZUIZORIZUAINT (*M Katjedi) was hanging out throughout. 
c)	DUKE OF AFRICA (S Veale) raced wide into the straight. 
d)	At the 350m, GREENBACKCURRENCY (S Moodley) which rolled out, was steadied off the heels of TEMPERATE ZONE (M Yeni) which rolled in. 
e)	Jockey W Kennedy (WILDSTYLE) and Jockey S Veale (DUKE OF AFRICA) reported their respective mounts made an abnormal respiratory noise in the running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested.
