c)	At the 350m EL ROMIACHI (T Gould) was unable to secure a clear run between GOLD ROCK (R Munger) and ATKINSON GRIMSHAW (JP van der Merwe), had to be steadied and thereafter was continually held up for a clear run until the 100m.
d)	Apprentice MK Katjedi was charged with a contravention of Rule 58.10.2 (read with Guideline N on the use of the crop) in that he misused his crop by striking FERRARI ICE on the head. Apprentice MK Katjedi signed an admission of guilt and was fined R5000,00.
