THE STARTER REPORTED:  
a)	FABULOUS (*R Venniker) was slow into stride. 
b)	SPIRIT OF DACHA (M Mjoka) lost two lengths. 
c)	LEOPARD LADY (N Patel) jumped awkwardly and thereafter was slow into stride. 
  
THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED :
a)	At the 1100m, KITTEN'S ADVENTURE (R Fourie) was eased in anticipation of MISS GIBSON (A Mgudlwa) shifting inwards.
b)	At the 300m, LEOPARD LADY (N Patel) was carried in by KITTEN'S ADVENTURE (R Fourie) which rolled in. Thereafter, at the 200m, KITTEN'S ADVENTURE (R Fourie) was tightened and eased between DANSE MILORD (C Habib) and MISS GIBSON (A Mgudlwa) which was carried out marginally by LEOPARD LADY (N Patel) which shifted out.
c)	Apprentice R Venniker (FABULOUS) appeared before the Board with regard to her dismounting at the start unnecessarily and was advised that she will only be allowed to dismount her horse in order to check her equipment and thereafter will be required to immediately re-mount. She was further advised that her behaviour at the start will be closely monitored in future.      
d)	In view of the performances of KITTEN'S ADVENTURE (R Fourie) (13.60 lengths, 5/1 in the betting) and HEY GORGEOUS (A Arries) (9.40 lengths, 66/1 in the betting) the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. 
e)	FABULOUS (*R Venniker), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer M L Roberts advised (NS).
