Stipes Report

THE STARTER REPORTED:

a)	NARINA TROGON (G Wright) jumped slow, losing one length and thereafter was slow into stride.
b)	PASHTUNWALI (R Fourie) was slow into stride.

THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: 

a)	As a result of the late jockey change, horses were late leaving the parade ring, causing a delay.
b)	Shortly after the start FEARLESS TRIP (S Veale), which took an awkward stride leaving the stalls, was brushed inwards by VOLDEMORT (C Orffer) and made contact with KING MO (O Noach).
c)	BONANZA (M Winnaar), which was hanging in, was momentarily inconvenienced when close to the heels of FORT RED (M Yeni) leaving the 200m.
d)	Jockey R Fourie reported that PASHTUNWALI changed stride continually in running. The veterinary surgeon was requested to examine this gelding.
e)	Trainer C Bass-Robinson was charged with a contravention of Rule 8.3.1 in that she failed to have available the registered colours of the owner/s of the horse HAMMIES HERO. Trainer C Bass-Robinson signed an Admission of Guilt and was fined R250,00.
f)	HAMMIES HERO, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer C Bass-Robinson was advised. (TJ)
