Stipes Report

THE STARTER REPORTED:

a)	SKY RUNNER (*P Mxoli), BLYDE RIVER (D De Gouveia) and ARCTIC TIME (Wes Marwing) were slow losing one length.
b)	ALL BLACK CAPTAIN (J Penny) jumped awkwardly leaving the stalls. 
c)	CELTIC RUSH (C Maujean) reared in the stalls.  Trainer D Nieuwenhuizen was advised to reschool this colt prior to its next engagement (GT).

THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED:

a)	Shortly after the start, SKY RUNNER (*P Mxoli) was carried out by ALL BLACK CAPTAIN (J Penny) which jumped outwards leaving the stalls.	
b)	ATLANTIC CITY (C Habib) took an awkward stride at the 1300m.
c)	A number of Riders reported that their respective mounts took awkward strides during the running of the race.  A track inspection was to follow.
d)	DJ JUNIOR (K Matsunyane), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.  Trainer E Verdonese advised (LN).

JOCKEY CHANGES:

a)	ARCTIC TIME raced with earmuffs (declared 31 October 2022 at 08H46).
b)	LUKE SKYWALKER raced without blinkers (declared 1 November 2022 at 09H01).
