THE STARTER REPORTED: a) STORM BOULEVARD (S Veale) was reluctant to load. b) ASPECT (C Orffer) and DIRECTOR'S CUT (K de Melo) were restless in the stalls. c) CYBOTIX (O Noach) jumped slow, losing one length. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) STORM BOULEVARD (S Veale) cast its right hind shoe prior to leaving the parade ring, which was replaced by the course farrier, causing a delay. b) THAT'S RIGHT (S Cele) raced wide without cover on the bend and into the straight. c) In view of the performance of ASPECT (C Orffer) (Betting 3/1 ; Distance 6.10), which pulled hard in the early and middle stages, the veterinary surgeon was requested to examine this colt. d) ROCKPOOL, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer SJ Snaith was advised.
