Stipes Report
THE STARTER REPORTED: a) SHORT SHARP SHOCK (+B Ncwadi) reared in the stalls. b) NOBLE GRACE (+L Mojodina) nudged open the front gate of the stalls, was immediately restrained, examined by the course veterinary surgeon, passed fit to race and reloaded. c) NOBLE GRACE (+L Mojodina) jumped slow, losing two lengths. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) Work Rider C Dixon, the rider of BELLE ROUGE, was severely unbalanced as the start was effected when bumped by I'M IN LOVE (+S Madalana) which jumped outwards. b) In view of the report from the Starter regarding SHORT SHARP SHOCK (+B Ncwadi), Trainer PD Wrensch will be advised to have this filly re schooled before her next engagement in terms of Rule 61.6.10. c) In view of the report from the Starter regarding NOBLE GRACE (+L Mojodina), Trainer SJ Snaith will be advised to have this filly re schooled before her next engagement in terms of Rule 61.6.10. d) BELLE ROUGE, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer WA Nel was advised.
