THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) IMPERIAL MASTER (*S Sosibo) hung out from the 200m. b) Jockey C Habib, the rider of WILLOW'S WISH, dropped his left-side rein at the 100m, which he regained shortly thereafter. c) Apprentice G Pieterse reported that STORMY WINTER took no interest in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding. d) Jockey J Penny reported that he felt something amiss with KING ARTHUR in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding. e) IMPERIAL MASTER (*S Sosibo), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
