b)	UNITED'S RANSOM (K de Melo) and WAYWARD GIRL (R Danielson) made contact leaving the stalls.

THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: 

a)	SHARAPOVA (M Yeni) was hanging out on the bend.
b)	TEARDROP (S Veale) raced wide on the bend and into the straight.
c)	Between the 150m and the 100m TUSCANY (R Fourie) was held up for a clear run when close to the heels of TEARDROP (S Veale).
d)	At the 100m WAYWARD GIRL (R Danielson) had to be steadied when awkwardly placed on the inside of TEARDROP (S Veale).
e)	ESTIMATED (C Orffer) and POORLITTLERICHGIRL (K Matsunyane) raced green.
f)	Jockey O Noach reported that PERFECT REVENGE coughed post-race. The veterinary surgeon was requested to examine this filly.
g)	Jockey D Ashby reported that he felt something amiss with SHES ALL GOLD. The veterinary surgeon was requested to examine this filly.
h)	SHE'S ALL GOLD (D Ashby) returned suffering from a bilateral epistaxis due to an exercise induced pulmonary haemorrhage and is suspended, for a period of 60 days, from racing in any race under the jurisdiction of The National Horseracing Authority of Southern Africa in terms of Rule 93.1.
