THE STARTER REPORTED:

a)	PERILLA (G Wright) jumped slow, losing one length and thereafter was slow into stride.

THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: 

a)	TURN THE PAGE (R Fourie) pulled hard in the early and middle stages.
b)	At the 150m, a tiring BENEATH THE MOON (G van Niekerk) rolled out, brushed VERONIQUE (JP van der Merwe) and then had to be steadied when racing tight between VERONIQUE (JP van der Merwe) and SEEKING PEACE (K Matsunyane). Thereafter, Jockey G van Niekerk did not persevere with his riding of BENEATH THE MOON. The veterinary surgeon was requested to examine this filly.
c)	PHILOSOPHISE (G Lerena) shifted out between the 200m and 100m.
