a)	SACRED VALLEY (*S Sosibo) refused to load. The starting stall certificate for this filly has been withdrawn. Trainer C J Lensley was advised (JB).	
b)	SCOTTADITO (M van Rensburg) stumbled leaving the stalls. 
c)	SHOW TIME (*K A Brewer) and YOUNG JACKIE (R Munger) were slow losing one length.

THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED:
a) 	SHOW TIME (*K A Brewer) pulled hard in the early stages. 
b)	The saddle on WINTER GREETING (C Habib) slipped back MARGINALLY in running. 
This was confirmed by an Official.
c)	Jockey R Munger, the rider of YOUNG JACKIE, accidentally dropped his crop at the 150m.	
d)	In view of the Starter's report with regard to SACRED VALLEY, this filly's starting stall certificate has been withdrawn and she is suspended in terms of Rule 61.6.10 for a period of 7 days and until such time as she proves tractable loading with a companion. 
Suspension dates: 11 December 2022 to 17 December 2022.  SACRED VALLEY may not be presented for re-passing during this period. Trainer C J Lensley was advised.  	
e)	WINTER GREETING (C Habib), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
