a)	Approaching the 300m, MR GONZALES (T Godden) was baulked and thereafter switched in to obtain a clear run. Thereafter, MR GONZALES (T Godden) shifted out away from the crop between the 200m and 150m.
b)	PASSAGE OF POWER (J Gates) shifted out early in the straight.
c)	In view of the performances of AJ'S CAPTAIN (A Mgudlwa), (10.85 lengths, betting 33/1), and DESOLATE ROAD (*M Katjedi) (5.15 lengths, betting 5/1),  the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine.
