THE STARTER REPORTED: a) PERFECTION (JP van der Merwe) jumped slow, losing one length. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) Shortly after the start LAST STORM (R Munger) was bumped by ADMIRALS CHANCE (R Fourie) which was bumped by ZATARA MAGIC (S Khumalo), which jumped outwards. During this incident ADMIRALS CHANCE (R Fourie) and LAST STORM (R Munger) were unbalanced for a number of strides and ZATARA MAGIC (S Khumalo) then commenced to over race in the early stages. b) KHAYA'S HOPE, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
