THE STARTER REPORTED: a) A fair start. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) At the 1200m, KITTYBOYS GIRL (A Arries) and TELIO (K de Melo) were carried out by SEA OF TEARS (M Yeni), which rolled outwards. b) At approximately the 300m, KITTYBOYS GIRL (A Arries) was carried out marginally by ST CLOUD (S Veale) which shifted out, away from the crop. Thereafter, at the 150m, ST CLOUD (S Veale) was carried in by KITTYBOYS GIRL (A Arries) which shifted in sharply away from the crop, and was straightened. c) Jockey R Simons reported that IM THE BUZZ did not stride out freely in the running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. d) KABON KAPI (T Godden), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Assistant Trainer M Naidoo acting on behalf of Trainer P Muscutt advised (HM). JOCKEY / EQUIPMENT CHANGES : a) Jockey J Gates was the rider of SEASIDE GIRL (advised 01.02.23/10h30). b) SEA OF TEARS raced with a tongue tie on (advised 31.01.23/10h07).
