THE STARTER REPORTED: a) EVENTIDOR (S Hlengwa) lost 1 length. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) Approaching the 100m, when racing in restricted room between LORD MINVER (S Moodley) and THUNDER MASALA (T Godden), HIGH GREEN (*R A Venniker) was accidentally struck on the head by Jockey S Moodley's crop. b) Jockey S Moodley (LORD MINVER) reported that his saddle slipped back in the running. This was confirmed by the video evidence. c) Jockey R Khathi reported that FUTURISMO choked up in the running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. d) EVENTIDOR (*S Hlengwa), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer A Wright advised (DZ). JOCKEY / EQUIPMENT CHANGES : a) HIGH GREEN was ridden by Apprentice R A Venniker (claiming 1.5kg) (advised 10.03.23/13h42). b) Jockey S Moodley weighed out at 54.4kg, 0.5kg over the carded weight.
