a)	Leaving the 1100m LAW COURT (M Thackeray) had to be steadied when racing in restricted galloping room between AMERICAN HASHTAG (C Maujean), which raced onto the heels of UNCLE GEORGE (E Webber) and shifted out and THIS TIME ROUND (K Steyn), which over raced and was awkwardly placed on the inside of COFFEE IN SEATTLE (S Khumalo).
b)	In view of the performance of SHUNMYO (W Agrella), which took an awkward stride shortly before the finish, the veterinary surgeon was requested to examine this gelding.
c)	Apprentice RA Venniker reported that HOT ICE changed stride continually in running. The veterinary surgeon was requested to examine this gelding.
d)	Jockey S Khathi reported that NABIAS changed stride continually in running. The veterinary surgeon was requested to examine this filly.
e)	Apprentice K Strydom reported that GONDOLA KING was blowing post-race. The veterinary surgeon was requested to examine this colt.
