THE STARTER REPORTED:
a)	CALLMEWHENUNEEDME (D De Gouveia) jumped outwards leaving the stalls.
b)	CHROME TOURMALINE (C Maujean), EXPLOSIVE BOND (G Pieterse) and WUGUG (L Mxothwa) were slow losing one length.
	
THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED:
a)	Shortly after the start, ENCHANTING LADY (G Lerena) and CHROME TOURMALINE (C Maujean), were carried out by CALLMEWHENUNEEDME (D De Gouveia), which jumped outwards leaving the stalls.
b)	Approaching the 200m, Jockey C Maujean (CHROME TOURMALINE) got his crop entangled in his reins, resulting in him losing the grasp to his left side rein, which he managed to regather shortly before the finish.
c)	ENCHANTING LADY (G Lerena) took an awkward stride at the 200m and thereafter Jockey G Lerena did not persevere with his riding in the concluding stages. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. 		
d)	CALLMEWHENUNEEDME (D De Gouveia), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Assistant Trainer N Titise, acting on behalf of Trainer S T Pettigrew, was advised (LK). 
e)	DIVINE MOONLIGHT (R Danielson), placed second, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer W C Marwing was advised (MduP).
