a)	At approximately the 1200m, MVELELO (J Penny), which commenced to over-race, was steadied to avoid running onto the heels of FRENCH IMPACT (M Yeni), which rolled out and was corrected. 
b)	At approximately the 500m, FRENCH IMPACT (M Yeni) was brushed out by ZOOMBOMBER (P Strydom), which rolled out marginally.
c)	PIED KINGFISHER (C Habib) hung out from the 200m.
d)	CHILLI MOON (C Zackey) shifted out away from the crop from the 200m.
e)	In the concluding stages, FIRE 'N FLAMES (D Schwarz) was directed inwards to avoid running onto the heels of FRENCH IMPACT (M Yeni), which rolled out marginally.
