a)	AISLING (K Matsunyane) was restless in the stalls. Stable employee T Rich acting on behalf of Trainer K Naidoo was advised to re-school this filly (SN).

THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED :
a)	At approximately the 1000m, MARIA COROLINA (A Arries) had to ease to avoid running onto the heels of HIERKOMMIEBOKKIE (G van Niekerk) which shifted in. Jockey G van Niekerk (HIERKOMMIEBOKKIE) signed an admission of guilt for a contravention of Rule 62.2.7 in that he failed to ensure that he did not cause interference to MARIA COROLINA (A Arries). Accordingly, a penalty of a suspension of riding in races for a period of 7 days was imposed (dates to be advised).
b)	In view of the performance of AISLING (K Matsunyane) (19.95 lengths, 33/1 in the betting), the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine.
c)	Jockey R Fourie reported that SASHAY AWAY made an abnormal respiratory noise in the running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine.
d)	VALERIAS DREAM (J P v'd Merwe), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer P B Muscutt advised (HM).
