THE STARTER REPORTED: a) SEA CRUISE (*S Hlengwa) was stubborn to load, Trainer D I Campbell was advised to re-school this filly (BN) b) SEA CRUISE (*S Hlengwa) and OCTOBER SONG (T Godden) lost 1 length. c) RATTLE BAG (R Khathi) lost 1 length and stumbled shortly after the start. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) MISSION ROCKS (M Yeni) was hanging in from the 200m. b) Jockey T Godden reported that OCTOBER SONG did not stride out freely in the running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. c) MISSION ROCKS (M Yeni), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer D C Howells advised (NS).
