THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) STORMY SEAS (C Zackey) over-raced in the early and middle stages and thereafter tired in the concluding stages. b) Jockey J Penny reported that PRINCESS NICOLE changed stride continually in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this mare. c) Jockey G Lerena reported that PONTIAC did not stride out freely in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding. d) CAPTAIN HINDSIGHT (D Schwarz), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer A P Peter advised (MS).
