e)	Assistant Trainer V Beets acting on behalf of Trainer P B Muscutt signed an admission of guilt for a contravention of Rule 10.5.6.1 in that he failed to notify the Chief Stipendiary Steward within 2 days that BRISTOL HERCULES is a gelding. Accordingly, a penalty of a fine of R500 was imposed.
