THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) Apprentice R A Venniker reported that ZOOMBOMBER changed stride continually in running and was uncomfortable behind. This precluded her from riding ZOOMBOMBER out to the end of the race. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding. b) BACK IN BUSINESS (S Khumalo), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis (MduP).
