THE STARTER REPORTED: a) NAIROBI (M Mjoka) was stubborn loading. b) MISAVA (S Khumalo) was restless in the stalls. c) KOMESHAN LOGAN (R Khathi) was nervous in the stalls. d) CELTIC VIXEN (S Khathi), RED LOVE (C Habib) and MAGIC MEASURE (L Mxothwa) were slow into stride. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) Approaching the 200m SWIFTWINGED (M Yeni) and a tiring MISAVA (S Khumalo) brushed. b) Jockey L Mxothwa reported that MAGIC MEASURE did not stride out freely in running and he did not persevere with his riding from the 300m. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. c) Jockey S Khumalo reported that MISAVA made an abnormal respiratory noise in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. d) EXCLUSIVELY YOURS, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer WGC Miller was advised.
