THE STARTER REPORTED:

a)	GRAZINGINTHEGRASS (A Domeyer) was nervous and kicked the back gates in the starting stalls.
b)	HOEDSPRUIT (R Khathi) and MOUNT ANDERSON (C Zackey) jumped slow, losing one length.	

THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: 

a)	Leaving the 300m QUASIMODO (M Yeni) was directed outwards away from the heels of PERFECTION (S 	Khumalo).
b)	At the 50m BUSH TRACKER (L Mxothwa) had to be steadied when awkwardly placed between 	PERFECTION (S Khumalo), which was hanging out and shifted out marginally and PEACE IN OUR WORLD 	(C Maujean), which rolled in away from QUASIMODO (M Yeni).



c)	GRAZINGINTHEGRASS, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer AC 	Greeff was advised. (LM)
