The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding. b) Jockey N Klink reported that TRY ME made an abnormal respiratory noise in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. c) I AM GIANT (K Matsunyane), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Assistant Trainer J Crawford, acting on behalf of Trainer B Crawford, was advised (LK). JOCKEY CHANGES: a) LIZADO was ridden by Jockey J Penny (declared 21 September 2023 at 08H52). RACE CARD CHANGES / OTHER: a) LIZADO raced equipped with blinkers, without pacifiers (declared 21 September 2023 at 08H52) and without a tongue tie (declared 26 September 2023 at 08H43).
