THE STARTER REPORTED: a) CIRCLE OF GRACE (K Matsunyane) jumped inwards leaving the stalls. b) FULLY LOADED (G Lerena), PRINCE OF KILDARE (D De Gouveia) and NEVER TO CLEVER (*S Sosibo) jumped outwards leaving the stalls. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) CIRCLE OF GRACE (K Matsunyane) over-raced in the early and middle stages. b) At approximately the 1000m, SPRING WILL COME (*D B Geerthsen) was steadied to avoid running onto the heels of SAMTHEWISEMAN (D Schwarz), which rolled out marginally. c) WHORLY WHORLY (P Strydom), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Assistant Trainer C Naude, acting on behalf of Trainer C Binda, was advised (LK). JOCKEY CHANGES: None.
