b)	RUBERTUS (J Solomons) returned with a bilateral epistaxis due to an exercise induced pulmonary haemorrhage and is suspended, for a period of 60 days, from racing in any race under the jurisdiction of The National Horseracing Authority of Southern Africa in terms of Rule 93.1. (Dr E Reynders)

c) 	Trainer JA Janse van Vuuren was charged with a contravention of Rule 49.1 (read with Local Condition 5.1.2) in that he failed to do his scratchings by the close of declarations, which resulted in IGNATIUS being deemed to be an acceptor. Assistant Trainer E Steyn, acting on behalf of Trainer JA Janse van Vuuren, signed an Admission of Guilt and Trainer JA Janse van Vuuren was given a warning.
