THE STARTER REPORTED: a) DOUBLE DESTINY (X Ndlovu) was slow into stride. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) TRUMP MY QUEEN (S Khumalo), which was hanging in in the straight, rolled in and had to be steadied away from the heels of HEARTSEASE (M Yeni) at the 300m. b) Jockey X Ndlovu reported that DOUBLE DESTINY, which gave ground to the field quickly from the 500m, took no interest in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. c) Jockey M Yeni reported that HEARTSEASE made an abnormal respiratory noise in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this mare. d) WILDEST DREAMS, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer AC Greeff was advised.
