Jockey S Khumalo appeared before the Board and was advised that in similar circumstances, the Stewards expected him to straighten his mounts sooner than he had on this occasion.


b)	Jockeys K Minnie and X Ndlovu, the riders of LAW COURT and ESSOS respectively, reported that these geldings did not stride out freely in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine.
c)	In view of the performance of BEAU KALA (D Schwarz) (Betting 7/1; Distance 5.90 lengths) the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly.
