THE STARTER REPORTED: a) PURPLE AND GREEN (C Bantam) was slow into stride. b) AIR OF ROYALTY (O Noach) jumped inwards and made contact with KELP FOREST (C Zackey). THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) SHIFTING PATH (A Andrews) raced without cover in the early stages and, as a consequence, proved difficult to settle. b) Jockey A Andrews was unable to ride SHIFTING PATH to the finish when awkwardly placed on the inside of KELP FOREST (C Zackey) and close to the heels of LIKETHECLAPPERS (G van Niekerk). c) INCREDIBILL, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
