a)	Leaving the 300m, NIPPY WINTER (A Domeyer) improved into a narrow run on the outside of MAGNETIC DIME (G van Niekerk) which rolled out slightly, which resulted in NIPPY WINTER (A Domeyer) making contact with SUPER SIRI (L Mxothwa).
b)	In view of the performance of MARGIN CALL (*R Venniker) (Betting 6/1 ; Distance 7.50) the veterinary surgeon was requested to examine this filly.
c) 	NIPPY WINTER, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer C Bass-Robinson was advised. (JF)
