THE STARTER REPORTED:
a) WALLSTREET DUCHESS (L Mohapi) and GREEN SLEEVES (*R Venniker) were stubborn to load and slow into stride.
b) QUEEN MERCURY (K de Melo) was stubborn to load.
c) VENTUROUS (S Veale), ADDIENA (S Brown), DELTRON ENERGY (*K Strydom) and VISION OF WILL (M Yeni) were slow into stride.
THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED :
a) GREEN SLEEVES (*R Venniker) was hanging in over the final 200m.
b) GLOBAL SECRET (C Zackey) shifted in between the 350m and the 250m. Jockey C Zackey appeared before the Board with regard to this incident was advised to take corrective measures to ensure that his mounts do not shift ground in races in future.
c) In view of the performance of STAR AGLOW (W Kennedy) (6.80 lengths, 28/10 in the betting) the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine.
