b)	Approaching the 400m MICHAEL FARADAY (A Domeyer) was steadied when tightened for galloping room between ALL ABOUT AL (G Wright) and WAR CHARIOT (R Fourie).
c)	At the 150m BIG UNIT (L Mxothwa) was steadied momentarily when close to the heels of TOUGH TERRAIN (G van Niekerk), which shifted in.
d)	Leaving the 100m WAR CHARIOT (R Fourie) rolled out and had to be steadied away from the heels of THE TINKERMAN (B Fayd'Herbe). 
e)	THE TINKERMAN (B Fayd'Herbe) and MASKED VIGILANTE (K Matsunyane) brushed in the concluding stages.
