THE STARTER REPORTED: a) A fair start. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) Shortly after the start KHANYISA INDLELA (R Fourie) which was slow into stride, was squeezed out between BALLY MAGIC (*S Hlengwa) and FINAL DESTINY (C F Dicken), thereafter, KHANYISA INDLELA (R Fourie) over-raced in the early stages. b) BILLY OF TEA (T Godden) was hanging out from the 200m. c) At the 100m SAFE SPACE (M Yeni) which shifted in away from the crop, and RICCARDO (*R A Venniker) which shifted out away from the crop, came together and brushed. d) In the concluding stages TIN CUP (C Habib) shifted out away from the crop and was immediately straightened. e) In view of performance of FINAL DESTINY (C F Dicken) (5.65 lengths, 25/1 in the betting), the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. f) TIN CUP (C Habib), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
