THE STARTER REPORTED: a) KING OF QUEEN (+S Watson) jumped slow, losing two lengths. b) PONTE VECCHIO (+S Mkhwambi) and MISTER MIYAGI (+S Tembani) jumped slow, losing one length. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) LORD CAPULET (+H Tsewu) was hanging in from the 400m. b) In view of the performance of MISTER MIYAGI (+S Tembani), which trailed the field throughout, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding. c) Work rider Si Ngqabuko, the rider of WINNING GRACE, which was not persevered with from the 150m, appeared before the Board and was remined of his obligations to ride his mount out to the finish. d) GANGSTER BOSS (+TG Mogalatladi)) returned with a bilateral epistaxis due to an exercise induced pulmonary haemorrhage and is suspended permanently from racing in any race under the jurisdiction of The National Horseracing Authority of Southern Africa in terms of Rule 93.1.
