Stipes Report

THE STARTER REPORTED:

a)	MAGIC VERSE (JP van der Merwe) jumped awkwardly outwards and made contact with CHEEKY LADDIE (A Andrews).
b)	WICCAN WARRIOR (C Orffer) and FIBONACCI (R Fourie) jumped slow, losing one length.

THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: 

a)	Racing into the turn at the 1200m, POMODORO'S JET (C Zackey) was awkwardly placed on the outside of MAGIC VERSE (JP van der Merwe), which commenced to over race and rolled out marginally.
b)	STEADFAST (M Yeni) raced wide on the turn and into the straight.
c)	After passing the 50m CAFE CULTURE (B Fayd'Herbe), which had initially rolled in and INNAMORARE (G van Niekerk), which rolled out, brushed.
d)	Jockey C Orffer reported that WICCAN WARRIOR did not stride out freely in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding.
e)	CAFE CULTURE, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer L Woodruff was advised. (TJ)
