Thereafter Jockey C Habib reported that BURMESE TIARA made an abnormal respiratory noise in the running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. c) In view of the performances of TOP TEN (A Mgudlwa) (9.95 lengths and 66/1 in the betting) and MYSTERIOUS GIRL (R A Venniker) (6.15 lengths and 4/1 in the betting), the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. d) LAST GINGER (*B Plaatjies), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
