THE STARTER REPORTED: a) BUFFALO STORM CODY (C Habib) jumped inwards leaving the stalls. b) GOLD FEVER (P Mxoli) and SNOW MOON (S Khumalo) jumped outwards leaving the stalls. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) As the start was effected, BUFFALO STORM CODY (C Habib) jumped awkwardly inwards making contact with the right-side front gate. b) Shortly after the start, DANCE KING (J Greyling) was brushed by SNOW MOON (S Khumalo), which jumped outwards leaving the stalls. c) Shortly after the start, BAD MEDICINE (G Lerena) and QUIZ PARTY (K Matsunyane) came together and bumped. d) GLORIA MUNDI (M van Rensburg) raced wide around the turn. e) DANCE KING (J Greyling) shifted out away from the crop from the 300m and was corrected. f) BUFFALO STORM CODY (C Habib), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer A P Peter advised (MduP). JOCKEY CHANGES: None.
