THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: 

a)	Jockey D Schwarz reported that TURN THE PAGE made an abnormal respiratory noise in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly.
b)	Jockey K Minnie reported that KEEP THE FORT did not stride out freely in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly.
c)	The saddle on MISS TUCKER (*DB Geerthsen) slipped back in running. This was confirmed by a Stipendiary Steward.
d)	Trainer M Turner was charged with a contravention of Rule 39.7.5 in that she failed to vaccinate TURN THE PAGE against Equine Influenza in accordance with the program of vaccinations as published from time to time in the Racing Calendar. Trainer M Turner signed an Admission of Guilt and was fined R1 000.00. 
e)	LADY WRITER, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer K Mitchley was advised. (LM)
