THE STARTER REPORTED: a) MILLIONDOLLAR GIRL (JP van der Merwe) was stubborn loading b) WEHAVEASITUATION (O Noach) jumped slow, losing one length. c) BLIND FAITH (X Carstens) jumped awkwardly inwards and made contact with the front gate. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) SAINT BRIGID (A Domeyer) raced wide without cover on the turn and into the straight. b) GREEN ISLE (C Zackey) was hanging out in the straight and shifted out from the 150m to the finish. c) Approaching the 150m SANSA STARK (R Fourie) shifted out away from the crop and thereafter commenced to hang out. d) In view of the performance of SNOW IN LOVE (G Wright) (27.60 lengths), the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. e) GREEN ISLE, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
