THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) At approximately the 300m, EXCHANGE STUDENT (D De Gouveia) was bumped by CALLMEWHENUNEEDME (C Habib), which changed stride, shifted out sharply and was immediately corrected. b) Jockey M Yeni reported AMBER ROCK took a number of awkward strides in the concluding stages. In view of this report, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. c) ICE STAR (G Lerena), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
