THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) PALERMO (S Veale) over-raced in the early stages. b) HUNTERS ARROW (R A Venniker) was hanging out around the turn. c) HOODWINKED (R Fourie) shifted both ways from the crop from the 200m. d) TIBBOTT BOURKE (S Khumalo) was hanging out from the 200m. e) BUZZ BOMB (C Zackey) was hanging in from the 200m. f) Shortly before the finish line CAPTAIN MARSALA (G Lerena) and HOODWINKED (R Fourie) came together and brushed. g) BUZZ BOMB (C Zackey), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
