THE STARTER REPORTED: a) MAGIC SECRET (P Mxoli) jumped inwards leaving the stalls. b) JUST THE TWO OF US (M Yeni) jumped outwards leaving the stalls. c) FUTURE QUEEN (D Schwarz) and RISE AND SHINE (*S Sosibo) were slow losing one length. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) Shortly after the start, BOMPAS (S Khumalo) and LA CHANCE (C Habib) came together and bumped. b) Shortly after the start, MAGICAL STONES (M van Rensburg) and MAGIC SECRET (P Mxoli), which jumped inwards leaving the stalls, came together and bumped. c) Jockey C Zackey reported that he felt something amiss with WHAT A LUCY in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. d) ENCHANTING LADY (G Lerena), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer F Bronkhorst advised (MS). e) JUST THE TWO OF US (M Yeni), placed second, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer A Azzie advised (MduP).
