THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) THREE CARD TRICK (*J R Syster) raced green. b) PRIVILEGE (R Danielson) hung in from the 200m and thereafter shifted in away from the crop in the concluding stages. c) Jockey R Danielson reported that PRIVILEGE made an abnormal respiratory noise in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this colt. d) In view of the performance of FIRE LORD (K de Melo), (betting 18/10, distance 9,25 lengths), the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding. e) TRUST THE FIRE (M Yeni), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
