THE STARTER REPORTED: a) BONIKA (C Habib) jumped inwards leaving the stalls. b) SPRING IN HEAVEN (R Danielson) and HILLARY STEP (K A Brewer) jumped awkwardly leaving the stalls. c) ELEMBEE (C Zackey) and QUIET REBELLION (*S Sosibo) were slow into stride. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) An inquiry will be opened to establish why BONIKA (C Habib) and ROSY LEMON (C Maujean) had to ease at approximately the 300m. b) Jockey R Danielson reported that SPRING IN HEAVEN did not stride out freely in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. c) ELEMBEE (C Zackey), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer S G Tarry advised (MduP).
