THE STARTER REPORTED: a) A fair start. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) Leaving the 400m QUID PRO QUO (S Khumalo) was briefly baulked on two occasions. b) Leaving the 400m PROM QUEEN (S Moodley) was momentarily inconvenienced on two occasions between FROZEN FANTASY (G Lerena) which shifted in and was immediately corrected, and JUST RECKLESS (K Matsunyane) which rolled out. c) GIMMIE'S COUNTESS (C Zackey) was continually baulked for a clear run between the 350m and the 100m. d) JUST RECKLESS (K Matsunyane) was hanging out, proving difficult to assist and shifted out from the 150m. e) QUID PRO QUO (S Khumalo), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
