The start of this Race was delayed due to MUCHO DINERO (R Fourie) having the left front shoe replaced by the course farrier at the start. Examined by the Veterinary Surgeon and passed fit to race. THE STARTER REPORTED: a) PONTE PIETRA (S Moodley), IMILENZEYOKUDUDUMA (G Wright) and MUCHO DINERO (R Fourie) lost 1 length. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) NARINA TROGON (T Godden) and ORIENTAL CHARM (J P v'd Merwe) over-raced in the early stages. b) PONTE PIETRA (S Moodley) over-raced in the early stages and thereafter was hanging in from the 300m. c) Jockey G Wright reported that IMILENZEYOKUDUDUMA took no interest in the running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. d) Jockey C Zackey reported that JORDAN did not stride out freely in the running.
